We want to help people Connect with God so that they know and believe in Him, His Son, and the Holy Spirt.
ABOUT OUR CHURCH
There was a group of Christians who made the long drive to First Christian Church in Kissimmee for many years. They had a desire to influence the people of the Saint Cloud community toward Christ. Their passion was to plant a church that would be a “restoration” movement church. A church where we are culturally relevant but even more important, biblically accurate. The call from God to start a church like this became a reality on September 7, 2003. Canoe Creek Christian Church was named for the community because we have a passion to be the best church for the community as we serve others. We met in the Canoe Creek Charter Academy for ten years and moved into our own facility in December of 2013.
We want to be a community where everyone feels welcomed.
Our plan to do this is to help people CONNECT with God relationally, GROW in Christ spiritually, and GO share Him with their world.
The mission of the Church is clearly defined by Jesus in Matthew 28: 18-20.
Our mission is to become a community of Christ-centered disciples living to GO lead others to be mature followers of Jesus.
WORSHIP: Devoted people are connected.
FELLOWSHIP: Connected people grow.
STUDY: Growing people change.
SERVE: Saved people serve.
OUTREACH: Found people find people.
Jesus said, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Matthew 4:19
A disciple is someone who is following Jesus, being transformed by Jesus, and on a mission with Jesus.

The Bible is God’s word given to us by supernatural means through the work of the Holy Spirit.
God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He is three in one, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is a mystery to us but He is a perfect being of unity and diversity bound together by His love.
Jesus is the Son of God and is the only way to the Father and salvation.
People are made in the image of God everyone is guilty of sin. God chose to create us and we all choose to sin.
God has solved the problem of sin. He is preparing a perfect place for those who place their faith in him. Sin separates us from God but by grace God gave His Son to be a sacrifice for our sins. Sin is death but Christ is life. Just as Jesus was dead but rose we too can be united with Christ in baptism receiving the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Salvation is available for those who place their faith in Jesus as the Son of God.
The New Testament makes it clear that everyone who is united with Christ goes on to grow in faith and Christ like behavior. Through the knowledge of salvation by grace and the gift of the Holy Spirit we can become transformed people.
