STUDENTS
EMPOWERING STUDENTS AS THEY LEARN TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR FAITH.
AXIS STUDENTS
At Canoe Creek, our student ministry is called Axis Students — because a relationship with Jesus is the axis on which life turns. When He is at the center, everything else finds its place.
Axis is a community for middle and high school students to hear from Jesus, respond to Him, and grow with others doing the same.
Our heart is simple: we want students to graduate high school with a confident, personal faith — not borrowed from parents or programs, but rooted in their own relationship with Christ.
Faith like that doesn’t just survive — it influences. We want to see students impact their schools, friendships, and future for Jesus.
Basic Truths For Middle School Students
WHAT TO EXPECT
From the parking lot to the last high-five, we create spaces for students to Connect with Jesus, Grow in faith, and Go live it out.
We meet on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and special Sunday night groups.
New students can visit our VIP booth, meet staff, and grab a free gift — because every student deserves to feel known, welcomed, and valued.
Investing in Students for the Long Haul
Our small-group leaders are not just volunteers — they are mentors, guides, and friends. The goal is simple: walk with each student from middle school through high school, helping them grow a personal, lasting faith.
